Quality referred to the comprehensive company organization is an integral part of our corporate philosophy. T.&T. is a certified company and has a robust quality management system in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard and IATF 16949:2016.
The first certification was obtained in 2003. The quality management system of T.&T. integrates and uses the most important tools of the automotive industry.

the increasing use of 100% automatic controls of the parts on the digital sorting machines of the Italian company Dimac, which perform 100% optical control and sorting. The digital sorting machine 4.0 stands for the most advanced technology in the field of 100% optical inspection and sorting of parts: the new generation vision system based on high-resolution digital cameras produces extremely precise profile scans and checks for possible mistakes.


We guarantee our customers high quality and high precision products with approximately 0 ppm and offer a qualified service at fair costs.

The products manufactured by T.&T. undergo 100% controls with both manual processes and optical machines.

The production process is constantly monitored with 360° inspection from the machining operations to the final product.

The entire range of solutions is certified by the certification body TÜV SÜD.

This represents an additional guarantee for the customer, thus ensuring safe and reliable purchasing.

A special feature of T.&T.: the warehouse is available to the customers.

"The concept is very simple. The buyers have the option of placing a so-called open order or call-off order. For example, they wants to order one hundred thousand pieces, which can be picked up within twelve months. Every month the buyers can decide how many parts they want to pick up based on their needs. This is a special service we have set up to satisfy the customers who increasingly need a reliable partner by their side".
