Our history: Our corporate philosophy
There are characteristics that are typical of a company: the arrangement of machines, devices and offices, the premises, the work areas and the workplace in which the staff work, order and cleanliness, the movement of people and things, participation and the “ethical” use of human and material resources.Stefano Ronzoni, who founded T.&T. in 1998, felt the need - rather than desire - to make T.&T. his home, and to regard his employees as members of an enlarged family and a special “entity”. Stefano Ronzoni shaped the company philosophy with tenacity and apparent simplicity and defined the specific corporate values of T.&T. He was convinced that T.&T. and its employees were able to keep up with the needs of the market. A corporate philosophy in which the human component is its most specific feature.
In unsuspected times, Stefano Ronzoni launched his programme “A company without me”, thus training his first employees to operate and improve the most important resources at T.&T. These people are an integral part of T.&T. People who have been brought up to common values with facts and not just with words. People who contribute with their behaviour to the continuous improvement and added value of T.&T.
Today, T.&T. is and remains an eloquent testimony to his initiatives.

Stefano Ronzoni
The business activity of the current company T.&T. started in July 1998 when the company P. & P. was set up. However, T.&T. was founded in its final and current form about a year and a half later - in December 1999 - on the initiative of Stefano Ronzoni, a specialist with many years of experience in turning technology.
